What Is the Contact Form Widget?
A contact form widget collects structured lead information (name, phone, project type, photos) and routes it directly to your CRM or email inbox via webhook. Contractors use it as the primary estimate-request form on every service page.
Planned Capabilities
- Configurable fields: text, email, phone, dropdown, multi-line, file upload
- Spam protection: honeypot + rate limit + optional invisible CAPTCHA
- Webhook delivery to GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, anything with a URL
- Email-fallback so you never miss a lead if the webhook fails
- File uploads with size and type limits (perfect for project photos)
