By accessing TradeCalcs or purchasing a calculator or widget license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
TradeCalcs provides construction and real-estate cost calculators and embeddable website widgets. Calculator results are estimates only and are not professional, financial, or construction advice. Always confirm figures with a licensed professional before making decisions.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. One-time licenses are billed once; subscription or annual tiers renew per their stated period until cancelled.
If a calculator or widget does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@tradecalcs.com for a refund. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after the embed code has been deployed and is functioning as described.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculator estimates will match actual project costs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeCalcs is not liable for decisions made based on calculator output.
In no event shall TradeCalcs' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using TradeCalcs, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your TradeCalcs subscription grants you a personal license to use our calculators and widgets. You may use estimates for your own business. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or white-label TradeCalcs calculators without a Business plan or custom agreement.
Embeddable widgets may be placed on websites you own or manage. The number of websites allowed depends on your plan: Free (1 site), Pro (3 sites), Business (unlimited). Widgets must retain the TradeCalcs branding unless you have a white-label agreement.
Our calculators provide estimates based on current San Diego County pricing data. Actual project costs vary based on site conditions, material selections, and project complexity. TradeCalcs is not liable for financial decisions made using calculator estimates. Always verify estimates with detailed project scoping.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are offered for unused time in the current period.
You may not use TradeCalcs to create competing calculator products, scrape our pricing data, or abuse the API with excessive requests. Violations may result in account suspension.
