What Is the WhatsApp Chat Widget?
A WhatsApp chat widget displays a floating WhatsApp button on your site. When clicked, it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation with your business phone number. There's no chat backend to monitor — messages just land in your existing WhatsApp app.
